- How to place order on website
Follow the following steps to place order on our website.
I. Open the product in new Tab
II. Select the product size you require and hit the button “Add to Cart”.
III. Click continue shopping if you wish to add more products in the same order.
IV. Proceed to check out when your shopping is complete.
V. Click on the “check out” button and fill in your information. (same for Gift Orders delivery information see question 6)
VI. Provide billing & shipping information.
VII. Pay through any of our 4-payment method.
VIII. Finally click on the “Place order now” button.
IX. You have successfully booked order and will receive confirmation email.
- What are the available Payment methods
KNF currently offers 4 payment methods and you can opt any one of them according to your convenience to pay for your online order.
I. Cash on Delivery (COD)
II. Bank Transfer (UNITED BANK Ltd)
III. Debit/ Credit Card/ Jazzcash/ Easypaisa: (VIA: PayFast Secure Payment Gateway)
- How to track my order
As you place the order, customer is notified with a tracking code that is dedicated to the unique customer and the buyer is informed about the courier service through which your order is being shipped.
Whenever you want to check the status of your order just visit the website of the courier service and put the tracking code to check your order status.
4. What is the difference between Register account or Guest user
Website Account User: Our server saves all the required information of website account holder so they have no need to put their information repeatedly Just visit the site, place order and your order is shipped with only few clicks without putting information again.
Guest User: Any person who wants to visit/ share products to other platforms can use our website as a guest. You have to put your information in order to proceed purchase
- How I can cancel my order
If you have processed order with wrong size mistakenly or you are unsure about the product quantity ordered or there is any other discrepancy, you can cancel the order by whatsapp at +92 423 742 1515

Critical Alert! Cancellation of order is applicable if the cutting of fabric is not yet made.
- How you deliver products as gift
Customers can place order online and we will deliver the products at the address of their dear ones in gift-box wrapping with some kind words.
We can also attach birthday/Eid Wish card if customer requires.
Gift Delivery address will be provided at time of checkout (See Question1)
Gift Box Charges: PKR 400/-
- How much time does an order take to reach its destination?
We take 3 to 4 working days in normal circumstances to deliver the products throughout Pakistan. (Public Holidays might affect working schedule)
We assure the Parcel until shipping it to the Courier service company you may track your order against the Tracking number issued against your order.
- How I can return/exchange my online order
We offer two options for exchange/replace products
- You can exchange our products at any of our outlets Kashif Naseer Fabric (Order to stitch and accessories items are not replace or returnable)
- You can send it back to us through courier at address “Plaza, opposite HBL Shadman Market Lahore 5400 Pakistan. Remember to inform us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at +92 42 3742 1515 when you sent back product for replacement.
The price tag & copy of invoice should be intact to avail exchange facility, while exchange policy is not applicable on the orders of accessories, order to stitch & promotional offers.
- What happens if I receive damaged product
In such rare case, you will only need to call our help line. If the packaging of the product is crushed, then inform the courier personnel and do not sign on the receiving until your satisfaction.
In 2nd scenario if the damaged product is packed from factory then we will take return of the damaged product and will deliver you a new one only on your one call at +92 42 3742 1515.
- What happens to the order if the person is not available at the delivery address?
If the person is not available at the given address then the deliveryman visits the place 3 times in 4 to 5 days for order delivery and if the order remains undelivered then it is returned back to the company. After that new order should be placed.
- Is my personal information protected
All the information back and forth from the website is encrypted so snoopers could never access your personal information. Your information provided on website is totally secure and we only use it for order delivery, order payment or any further communication.
- How to recover Kashif Naseer Fabric website account
You can retrieve the password simply by clicking on the forget password option under the create account tab. This portal will send a password recovery mail to the registered Email id from where you can recover your account.
- How I can subscribe news letter
Subscribe to our newsletter if you want to remain updated with our latest offers and promotions. At the bottom of our home page there is a block mentioned, “ Latest Updates” just put your email id there and you will be notified with a prompt message that you are successfully subscribed to our newsletter.
