Return & Exchange Policy
If you don’t like an article, we’ll be glad to replace it for you. We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may visit our Kashif Naseer Fabric (Nawab Plaza, Shadman Market, Lahore) outlets and replace any unused products, subject to the immediate availability or a reasonable interval for its arrangements. Please make sure that the barcode is intact with the product.
Customers will have to bear courier charges in case of any exchange or return.
Please note our accessories and discounted items (items on sale) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This policy is only applicable for fabric and garments of only standard size, only once in seven working days from the date of invoice issue (Event days might affect such as EID Holidays), but not on any accessories items. (See accessories tab for the classification of products in the accessories category).
