KNF currently offers 4 payment methods and you can opt for any one of them according to your convenience to pay for your online order.

Website Account user: our server saves all the required information of website account holder so they have no need to put their information repeatedly . just visit the site , place order and your order are shipping with only a few clicks without putting information again.
Guest user :Any person who want to visit / share product to other platform can user our website as a guest .You have to put your information in order to proceed purchase.
If you have processed order with wrong size mistakenly or you are unsure about the product quantity order or there is any other discrepancy ,you can cancel the order by calling at +92 423 742 1515

Critical Alert ! cancellation of order is applicable if the cutting of fabric in not yet made.
Customer can place order online and we will deliver the products at the address of their dear ones in gift-box wrapping with some kind word.
We can also attach birthday/Eid wish if customer requires.
The gift Delivery address will be provide at the time of checkout( See Question1)

We take 1 to 2 working days in normal circumstance to dispatch the Unstitched product (Public Holidays might affect the working schedule ).
We assure the parcel safety until shipping it to the Courier company further , you may track your order against the tracking number.
1. You can exchange order our product at any of our outlets Kashif Naseer Fabric Outlet. ( order to stich and accessories & promotional offer item are not replaced or returnable)
2. You can send it back to us through courier at address”Plaza, opposite HBL shadman Market Lahore 5400 pakistan. Remember to inform us through email sales@Kashifneaseer.com or call at +92 42 3742 1515 when you sent back the product for replacement .
The price tag & copy of the invoice should be intact to avail such facility
In such a rare case, you will only need to call our helpline. If the packaging of the product is crushed, then inform the courier personnel and do not sign on the receiving until your satisfaction.
In 2nd scenario if the damaged product is packed from the factory, then we will take return of the damaged product and will deliver you a new one only on your one call at +92 42 3742 1515.
If no one is available to accept your order at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door . Check the door to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt
