Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 working days after payment confirmation (excluding public holidays). During sales or promotional periods, processing may take 5 to 6 working days.

Delivery Method:
We use trusted courier services such as Leopards Courier to ensure safe and reliable delivery across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges may vary depending on your location and order value. In some cases, free shipping offers may apply as per promotions.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your parcel easily.

International Shipping:
International orders are also processed within 2–4 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping charges are not included in product prices and will be calculated separately.

Return Period:
You can request a return or exchange within 6 working days from the date of invoice.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Only standard unstitched fabric items are eligible
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Products must not be cut, stitched, or altered
• Accessories, sale items, and promotional items are non-returnable

Non-Returnable Cases:

• Items damaged after cutting, stitching, or washing
• Sale or discounted products
• Customized or altered orders

Return Charges:

• Customers may be responsible for courier charges in case of exchange
• A small percentage of shipping charges may be deducted from refunds

Refund Processing:
Refunds (if approved) are processed after inspection of returned items.
