  1. Every customer has the right to replace or return within Six Working days from the due date of the invoice.
  2. Only the fabric of standard size is can return or replace.
  3. Accessories and not refundable nor exchangeable
  4. All sale invoices shall be blocked from Return & Exchange after closing of accounts every six working days
  5. No claim after Shrink/Marking/Cutting/stitching the fabric.
  6. No claim of Refund/ Exchange of Sale items and on any Seasonal/ promotional item.
  7. 5% shipping charges deduct from total deposit up & down on any Return and Refund of transactions through online banking. Customers will have to bear courier charges in case of any exchange.
  8. Please note that we should receive the complete amount. Therefore, when you make the payment, pay the currency transfer charges after confirming the exact amount from your bank, so that we receive the full amount due from you.
  9. After shipment of the Parcel, the company is not responsible for any kind of objection.
